Employment and Training Outcomes Pty Ltd (ETO) is a consulting company that provides a range of quality training and support services to build organisational capability. ETO follows the edict that training builds the capability of your people which in turn improves your productivity and profit.

ETO was formed by Paul Nixon who has 30 years experience working in the employment and education sectors both in the federal government and private sector. Paul has gathered together a team of talented people with significant experience across all aspects of employment recruitment, retention, training and education programs.
