The Diploma of Business Qualification – making the transition from operational to managerial performance

The Diploma program is intended for experienced operational staff who seek to develop capability in managerial, supervisory and team leadership roles. They will be participating in strategic and new business development roles within organisation, while supporting team members to achieve business unit and corporate goals.
