Certificate IV in Employment Services is specifically designed around your agencies’ requirements and job descriptions.

ETO has a very cost effective method for delivery of this qualification, whereby we:

  • Map the jobs done in the organisation against the competencies ( they have done this for a number of AACS GTOs CDEP, JSA and IEP panel organisations)
  • They then clearly describe the job tasks and identify the evidence produced on completion of each task
  • For experienced staff they then work with participants to collect evidence as part of an RPL process based on the job not the competencies (a much simpler process for the participants)
  • For new or less experienced staff the evidence is collected over a period of time on the job via a learning journal that reflects the job they are learning (removing the need of expensive time off the job)

The cost of these qualifications and the required time off job has traditionally been a cost barrier to many staff achieving the qualification. The ETO process is very different than the traditional delivery methods. It is very cost efficient providing the qualification at about 50% of the normal dollar rate and with minimum time off the job.
