ETO works with private sector corporations, the public
sector, Job Networks, Australian apprenticeship centres and
other employment related agencies to design and deliver
effective employment strategies in order to increase job
opportunities for Indigenous people and then retain them in
jobs. Companies with an interest in Indigenous employment
must face a variety of challenges, issues and problems.

- You have trouble attracting Indigenous jobseekers,
- Some Indigenous jobseekers fall short of the desired
education and work experience levels,
- Some Indigenous employees seem to be coping with
