• ETO has a solid partnership with CIT-Solutions, the consulting arm of the Canberra Institute of Technology. GROW Sydney ACC

“Maximising CDEP and IEC Employment Outcomes”; a series of DEWR funded NSW workshops for CDEP and IEC Staff. These workshops provided relevant information on the CDEP changes and assisted CDEPs to:

• Develop a project plan to assist with the implementation of a process to set up the networks required to ensure they met their employment outcomes targets, and

•  Develop a change management project plan to ensure that their people structures and systems are aligned with and prepared to meet the requirements of their employment outcomes targets.
