Paul is Irish-Australian. He has an interest in cultural difference and cross-cultural communication issues. He has 30 years of experience in assisting stakeholders to benefit from the programs available in both the employment and education portfolios. He has strong practical experience in Human Resource Management and training and has worked with Indigenous communities both remote and urban.

Clive Broman

CLIVE BROMAN

Clive is a professional trainer who has extensive management experience in both the public and private sector. His consultancy specialty over the last 10 years has been in Communication and employment with an emphasis on the development of Indigenous Mentoring skills and systems to improve employment outcomes.

Cheryl Fong

CHERYL FONG

Cheryl has worked with Aboriginal people since she commenced nursing at Darwin Hospital over 30 years ago. Cheryl has been involved in the delivery of the Indigenous Mentoring Course to well over 400 people throughout Australia while working as a part-time consultant with ETO.

David Randall

DAVID RANDALL

David has a strong background in Retail and Small business management, with particular emphasis on indigenous employment, training, and development.

He has over 10 years working in Indigenous remote communities as an Employer, and is currently managing the ETO Kalgoorlie Indigenous Employment consultancy role.
