ETO is a training and consulting company that works with employers, indigenous jobseekers and the employment services industry to improve indigenous employment outcomes.

ETO was formed by Paul Nixon who has 30 years experience working in the Indigenous employment and education sectors both in the federal government and private sector.

Paul has gathered together a team of talented people with significant experience across all aspects of employment recruitment, retention, training and education programs.

We build skills and capacity with Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians to overcome barriers and to create pathways to employment.
